For a small online group of recent graduates and one hour, what belongs in a session on CV writing, and what can be left out?

Three things fit in an hour: what goes at the top, how to describe work that was unpaid or informal, and reading one real job advert together and matching a CV to it. Leave design and templates out.

Record it if the group agrees. The people who miss the hour can use it too.
