A training, event or programme here can have a fee, and it says so on the page with a named organisation behind it. Being asked for money in private is different: no fee to process, secure or release anything, and nothing paid to a person instead of an organisation. That is a scam - report it.

Start a discussion about this in a post of your own or in one of your Circles. It stays linked to this opportunity.

The 2027-2028 Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme will support 400 new doctoral students with a stipend and conference and research travel allowance. The full details and the official application link are on goimpactnow. This thread is for questions about applying.

If English language proof is required, check the university admissions page as well as the scholarship page. Some universities accept a Medium of Instruction letter from your school if your degree was taught in English, and the scholarship page often does not say so.
