ifeoma_a19 days agoIt is called a Medium of Instruction letter. Some universities accept one in place of a test when your whole degree was taught in English, and some do not. ifeoma_a20 days agoNo. It is a scam. Stop replying to them. A fee to process an award, secure a slot or release a payment, asked for in a message and with a deadline, is how these work.
